Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.90. Express is $14.90 and arrives the next business day if you order before 2pm PT.
We ship to 32 countries across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Domestic delivery takes 3–5 days, international 5–10 days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Returns & exchanges
Open your account, pick the order and press Return. Print the label or use the QR code at a drop-off point. Returns are free in the US, EU and UK.
We refund within 5 business days of the parcel arriving. Your bank may take another 3–5 days to show it.
Yes, choose Exchange instead of Return and we reserve the new size straight away so it does not sell out while your parcel is in transit.

Payment
